I know it sounds silly to say you are going to buy water for gas, but there are companies out there developing methods of doing just that. Although there are a variety of programs out there, some which are likely little more than fakes, one in particular that is interesting relies on a so called “forgotten” technology. This method converts water into a special type of gas, known as HHO, and then reconverts it back into water when it “burns” this gas. The gas is also known as Brown’s Gas and has been known about for decades, but never before applied to transportation.
