We were at a wedding reception when I went to the ladies room.  There was an unlit step by the bathroom that was unmarked and very hard to see.  Before I knew it I hit the ground and broke my ankle.  With in a few days I was sitting with a personal injury attorney St. petersburg who was promising to help me cover my medical costs as well as my costs for pain and suffering plus time lost at my job.  I had never sued anyone before but the restaurant should have had that step lit and marked.  I wondered how many other people had fallen before me.
