Of course, I had no idea, but I learned that knowing the amount of Equallogic Usable Space you require is a key piece of information to help you purchase the right product. The second place I tried had all the Equallogic Usable Space information right on their website, along with an Equallogic price list. The representatives were friendly, helpful, and patient. Hands down, I chose the second consultant. Customer service is very important!
