feeling great today.
July 27th, 2010 . by admini amm feeling really good today. i am lifting heavy and breaking personal bests the whole workout. man i am getting strong fast. it is because i re tooled my entire workout plan. i do not train the way that i used to. i get alot more rest between my workouts now and it has payed off big time. the returns that i am getting are great in both strength and size. i can feel and see my muscles becoming more dense and strong. this is what itis all about. i am doing exercises for six pack abs today too.
