I want to tell you about the greatest thing that has ever happened to me.  I have finally found a weight loss program that actually works.  It is called bistromd and it is a food program that gets delivered right to your doorstep.  There is a great variety of food that is brought in and everything tastes super.  When I first tried one of the meals, I was a little skeptical.  I thought for sure that it was going to be awful.  To my surprise, it was delicious.  I have actually been losing a lot of weight by dieting this way.
