How To Find a Personal Trainer
December 31st, 2009 . by adminI am trying to find a personal trainer in the city that I just moved to but it is harder then I thought it was going to be. When I went to the local gym to find one I was given a choice of a bunch of people who looked to be about 10 years younger then I was and definitely not in as good of shape. What could they tell me that I did not already know? I need a tempepersonaltrainer that can help me with specifics and not just knowledgeable about the basics that I already know for myself.
