I was invited to a costume party, and I had my heart set on first prize. I put a lot of thought into my costume, and a lot of work as well. I designed the costume, and I bought the material to make it. I cut out the pattern and sewed all of the pieces together. I even bought contact lenses to match the costume. They were just party lenses. They weren’t prescription lenses like I normally wear. I lost my party contact lenses before I even made it to the party. I still won first prize, but I was a bit disappointed that no one was able to see the lenses. They made the costume pop.
