No-Nonsense Muscle Building eBook Review
April 30th, 2009 . by adminIt can be very confusing to be bombarded by all kinds of contradictory information and advice about muscle gain, a lot of which actually seems to be conflicting and inconsistent. So it comes as a relief to see this book, No-Nonsense Muscle Building by Vince Delmonte, in which the author shares his own experiences with being the archetypal ‘hardgainer’ who made the transition from ‘Skinny Vinny’ as he was then called, to a national champion fitness model!
The author is not plugging any dangerous steroids or any expensive supplements to try and get you to spend a lot of money on worthless items such as those. And there is also no more conflicting or confusing advice on what will help a hardgainer achieve that shredded or ripped look. Also you are not required to practically live at the gym (Thank goodness!) to achieve your goals. The fact that the author used to be a ‘149 pound weakling’ and then went on to gain the first position in the Canadian Fitness Model Championships in Windsor Ontario in 2005 lends a lot of credence to this author’s claim that his book imparts the secret of no-nonsense muscle building. The book also contains the kind of nutrition plans that makes you put on actual muscle while helping you keep down the body’s fat levels. This book is also aimed at women and helps in exploring the fact that some women can be skinny and yet have high levels of body fat and how women can benefit from gaining lean muscle.
