August 31st, 2008 . by adminEveryone always asks me what I do to have a flat stomach and be in shape. I tell them I exercise to lose belly fat or butt fat. I work out every day. I eat right and I drink a lot of water. I do not take any diet pills or follow any drastic diet. I eat right 6 days a week and have 1 free day each week. I do 30 minutes of cardio activity a day like speed walking, dancing, biking, running, or dancing as well as free weights. I do not eat many carbohydrates or foods containing a lot of sugar. If you try this you may see results too.
