August 12th, 2008 . by adminPeople try all kinds of fantastic weight loss program to lose weight. They stop eating bread, they stop eating fat, they eat only grapefruit, or they eat only soup… So what works, and what doesn’t? Every cell in your body requires energy from food to function. As we eat, the food is broken down into the nutrients and fuel that our cells need to function. Because we do not eat a steady supply of food all day long, excess energy is stored for use later in the form of fat. If our body needs energy and doesn’t have a handy supply from recently-eaten food, it breaks down the fat storage to provide it with the power it needs to get through the day.
