The vaginal yeast infections begin with terrible itching, then a white, thick discharge. I don’t think I have ever been so miserable in my life. The first time I ever had one, I didn’t know what was happening. After you have had a yeast infection, you will never forget the symptoms. I almost always get a yeast infection after I have taken a course of antibiotics. So now, I always start eating yogurt as soon as I know I must have antibiotics.
