The Housing Slump and Mesa Real Estate

If the current trend holds, it seems that housing prices all around the country will continue to decline until the economy can finally turn the corner. Some of the worst places hit have been the rapid growth regions in the southern portions of the United States and also the western states. Some markets have remained resilient however, and the Mesa real estate market is one of these exceptions. While it is located in the rapid growth area known as the valley of the sun, the weather and a good job market outlook have kept things rather steady in these tough times.
