Lost jewelry finds owner

When you go to a public bathroom you may take off your ring or watch to wash your hands and find that you forgot to grab it off the counter as you left. Often even if someone honest finds it and turns it in it may not be found by the owner who may have forgotten where they last saw it. I had this happen to me once and although I went to the customer service desk asking for it the piece hadn’t been turned in yet but later was. Engraved in the jewelry was my first and last name and they found me in the phone book. Their are still honest people!
