Business Split

My partner and I own a restaurant and recently we have had a major falling out and I need to either keep the restaurant and buy him out or vice versa. We can no longer work together. Since we can longer work together I am seeking the advice of an Anaheim Business Attorney to help us dissolve our business. I am hoping that one of us can keep the restaurant but if neither of us can afford to do it then hopefully this lawyer can help liquidate all debts and assets of the business.
