There is suh a thing as whistleblower protection.  For you to survive, you have to get the best.  And there is such a thing as a Whistleblower Protection Law.  This was brought on to protect the whistleblowers from retaliation.  Same case goes to false claims by the whistleblowers themselves.  There is an anti-retaliation protection law.  This extende to the whistleblowers when they falsely accuse or when the case is never filed.  I heard that the whistleblower plaintiff should receive if he or she is reinstated : double back pay, special damages, attorneys fees and costs.
