August 5th, 2008 . by adminLast year my neighbor (a former victim of Telephone Harassment) started receiving harassing calls about midnight. Starting with the second call she catalogued the date time and caller ID on each call, as well as recorded the calls. The next day she took her phone log and recordings to the police and got an investigation started. She then contacted a lawyer to begin the law suit process. In the end the callers family was fined $200 for each of the first 5 calls and $450 for each of the other 18 calls that had been made and the son that had made the calls spent 8 months in juvenile hall and 5 years on probation.
