2010 USA Women’s Softball team hopefuls announced
January 12th, 2010 . by adminJanuary 11, 2010 according to usasoftball.com 17 athletes were offered a USA Softball Athlete Agreement for the 2010 season. In March the final roster for the national team will be announced. The National team will be competing in the ISF Women’s World Championships.
usa womens softball has been very successful in the past taking gold in three straight Olympics and six straight world championships. The team took silver in the 2008 Beijing Olympics losing out to Japan 3 -1. The team will be looking for gold in 2012 at the Summer Olympics in London.
