How to jump higher than everyone else
September 5th, 2009 . by adminI suppose I have been playing basketball for several years now, but when I first started the going was tough. It didn’t matter what training I did, I just struggled with one particular are of my game - vertical jumping.
I new that unless I could increase my vertical by about 8 inches, I was never going to jump higher than the others in the league.
It was about a month back when I discovered the Jump Manual on the internet. I was a bit sceptical at first about the claims, but now I am using the program I love the results I’m achieving.
