My Weight Gain Experiment
March 15th, 2008 . by adminI’m pretty damn skinny, everyone will tell you that, and tall. Been this way all my life eh. But I recently began an experiment to see if I could put on some weight. So this involved eating 5 carb filled meals a day, every day, drinking protein shakes, which tasted gross I must say, plus taking an assortment of weight gain/ muscle building supplements like hydroycut, Redbak and all these other things I’m not too sure about. Still 3 weeks later there was a difference, not the amazing muscle man difference I had hoped for but there was a difference, still wouldn’t want to come up against anyone in a pub but I’m sure my chances of scoring a punch in would have increased by about 20%. So what is my experiment conclusion? Well now I know I can do it, and that’s always nice to know. Like a fat man losing weight just once, they can then happily eat pies while knowing that if they really wanted too they could lose the weight. For me I prefer to not be the freak eating 5 massive plates of spaghetti every day, if that means I stay tall and lean then so be it. Ciao.
