Dish Network vs. Direct TV–which one educates my children better?

June 30th, 2008 . by admin

Children are bombarded with far too much violence, language and situations far beyond their years. Most parents want to protect their children on the streets, in the classroom, on the internet, and certainly with what they watch on TV. Which does a better job of giving adults ways to educate children on satellite TV–Dish Network vs Direct TV. What kinds of parental blocks or controls does each system offer? Are they easy to override? Can the parent view what has been accessed? How user friendly are they for a non technical person to use? Can not only the content to be viewed be controlled but also the hours of access and the quantity of time allowed?
