I was taking a short day trip from Sydney to Alice Springs Australia. When I got off the plane I realized my ride was not there. I sat my carry-on bag down while a made a quick call on the pay phone. While I was looking for coins some punk-kid stole my carry-on. I was devastated  because, My laptop was in that bag. I was not sure what to do and so I went and talked to one of the security officers he asked me if I had seniors travel insurance I thought that was an odd question for such a short trip? But, he directed me to a very nice lady that helped me discover that when my assistant purchased my ticket she had also purchased travel insurance and everything was taken care of.
